We have a standard procedure in producing quality custom or standard casegood, soft seating, artwork, mirror and lighting to meet our client requirements.

 

Here is a basic step by step procedure to make sure you are confident that we are the Manufacturer to go to….

 

·        The client submits conceptual ideas, images, sketches, photo or conceptual drawings

·        We sketch ideas and research options in conjunction with the designer base on their budget, or we price the item within 24-48 hours

·       After receipt of the deposit, we request line drawings based on measurements and dimensions, material finishes, and decorative details takes 3-5 working days

·        We send the 1st draft of line drawings for you to approve

·        We request materials samples for approval // 2-3 weeks to receive samples

·        Once the final set of line drawing are approved, we make one of the item for client to review quality and production before we go to mass productions

·        Production is started // 45 days production time

·        Our manager sends us inspection report with pictures, video of each item fully assembled, the entire order is always fully assembled before packing

·        Once inspection has been reviewed and approved, LHP team starts carefully packing the order, labeling etc…. with installation instructions

·        Crates are labelled with type and picture

·        We pre-determine if Air freight ( 10 to 15 days )  or Fast Boat ( 22 to 29 days ) or Via ocean ( 50 to 60 days )  is going to be  on the client delivery schedule to meet their installation dates, this estimate are base From Factory to client job site

·        Products are passed through Overseas Customs and through US Customs

·        Clients are being called once cleared we give them heads up on delivery time or date of ETA to the jobs site or delivery address provided to us on their PO. Our team can be there to assist you .
